Discussion Panel on Gender & Identity: a fundraiser

May 15 @ 7:30 pm

It is increasingly important to find allyship – and to amplify those strong voices that use compassion and fact-based communication to combat hate. Kyler Sahlmark and Tempest Theatre have come together to tell his story as a platform for discussing the journey that he and many others must undertake to be accepted for who they are, and not who others think they should be.

Trans Man is a six part docuseries that started filming in January, and you’re invited to come be part of the filming of the final episode as a live studio audience.  May 15 at Tempest Theatre, Kyler will be moderating a discussion panel with community members Tristan Boisvert, Cain Critchlow, Melisa Edgerly, Will Jarratt, Madeline Terbasket, and Kelly Terbasket, following a preview screening of Episode 3: Safe Spaces.

Tickets for this event are on a sliding scale ($20 , $35, or $50) to help offset production costs while remaining accessible to the community. Thank you all for your support.

Trans Man will be airing on OptikTV and online Fall 2024.

Note: As this event is being filmed, guests will be asked to sign an appearance release form, although it doesn’t guarantee that they will appear in the final edit.
