Location: at ROTARY PARK (grass park behind the Peach on Lakeshore Dr. W.)

What to bring: a blanket or lawn chairs, and takeout or a picnic dinner

What you’ll hear: Enjoy the sounds of the band playing Mambo Greats and jazzy Ray Charles tribute & 1930’s Jitterbug swing music, as well as Lord of the Dance, pop tune medleys of Chicago and Bruno Mars, an Avatar movie medley and more ….cowbell! Loads of fun, we look forward to playing for you in the park.
Who is playing? The Penticton Concert Band started playing symphonic band music (percussion, brass and woodwinds) together over one hundred years ago! We range from ages 14 to 84 and play a variety of music from classical and epic movie music themes to marches to contemporary, big band swing and pop tunes. Something for every music lover.
