Contest Period
The Find Your Rhythm Contest runs from July 24, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. (PT) to August 20, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (PT).
Eligibility
- Open to legal residents of British Columbia
- Employees, directors and immediate family members of the Downtown Penticton BIA, Visit Penticton, Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce, True Rhythm Festival, and their respective partners are not eligible to win.
How to Enter
- Visit a participating Downtown Penticton business.
- Scan a Find Your Rhythm QR code.
- Complete and submit the online entry form.
- Each unique neighbourhood Rhythm scanned qualifies as one (1) additional contest entry.
- Each additional unique neighbourhood Rhythm entry qualifies for multiple additional entires as listed below:
- Duplicate entries from the same Rhythm location will not receive additional entries.
Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive:
- Two (2) tickets to True Rhythm Festival on Saturday, August 29, 2026
- Approximate retail value: $380 CAD per prize
Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected by random draw on or about August 21, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
Selected entrants will be contacted by email and must respond within 72 hours to claim their prize. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted or does not respond within the allotted time, another eligible entrant may be selected.
Newsletter Subscription
Subscribing to email newsletters from the Downtown Penticton BIA, Visit Penticton and/or the Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce is optional and is not required to enter the contest.
Privacy
Personal information collected through this contest will be used solely for contest administration and winner notification unless participants have chosen to subscribe to one or more partner email newsletters.
General
By entering this contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of the contest organizers, which are final.
The Downtown Penticton BIA reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the contest should circumstances beyond its control affect the administration or integrity of the promotion.
This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
This contest is presented in partnership by the Downtown Penticton BIA, Visit Penticton and the Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce in support of Downtown Penticton businesses and True Rhythm Festival.
