DESCRIPTION:March 23 | 5 to 7pm | Small Kitchen Chaos \nSmall Kitchen Chaos are a folky\, slightly rocky husband and wife duo\, Trista Bassett and John Fraser. Originally from Summerland and now relocated to the remote northern town of Hudson’s Hope\, we are excited to be back in the Okanagan to perform our songs for Penticton.  Influenced by John Prine\, Patty Griffin\, the Milk Carton Kids\, Shovels and Rope and others. Join us as we perform a selection of new originals written by Trista\, along with some familiar (and unique) covers.

Both accomplished instrumentalists\, they have toured Western BC\, performing with various symphonies\, bands\, and freelance projects across genres. They hold music degrees and share their passion as music teachers in schools. Blake and Fahlon are members of the high-energy Celtic band Kuja Collective. For this performance\, they will be playing as a duo\, offering a more intimate experience blending vocals with rich instrumentation.
