The Downtown Penticton Business Improvement Association is thrilled to introduce an exciting new way to immerse yourself in the thrill of IRONMAN weekend: The IRONMAN Entertainment Garden. Spanning three incredible days from August 25 to August 27, 2023, this event promises an unforgettable experience filled with the essence of summer, delightful local beverages, and captivating live performances.
Each day, patrons can expect an exhilarating atmosphere accompanied by the melodic tunes of exceptional local musicians. With a strict emphasis on collaborating with local producers and proudly showcasing beverages from Penticton Beer Blocks, this exclusive event offers a diverse selection of libations to cater to every taste. The park is open to all ages and is 19+ to drink.
No summer gathering would be complete without the mouthwatering aroma of barbeque wafting through the air. At Cocktails and Canapes, indulge in a delightful fusion of summer-inspired delicacies at the Grill Bar and Slider Station. Witness the artistry of their grill masters as they create culinary masterpieces before your eyes.

Friday, August 25, Gyro Park, from 4 pm – 9 pm:
The IRONMAN Entertainment Garden will provide ample space for 2000 attendees to revel in the festivities. Join us at the Opening Ceremony from 7 pm to 8 pm as we warmly welcome the athletes. Enjoy electrifying live music from talented local artists and DJs before and after the ceremony.
Saturday, August 26, Gyro Park, from 4 pm – 9 pm:
Saturday offers a special treat with a mini athletic skills obstacle course! Gather your team of three, dress in a theme that embodies your collective spirit, and compete for the highly coveted trophy. The obstacle course will encompass marathon themes such as swimming, biking, and running. Each team member can choose their preferred category to showcase their athletic prowess.
Sunday, August 27, Estabrook Avenue, from 12 pm – 9 pm:
Prepare to be captivated as we venture to a new event location, Estabrook Avenue, the pulsating heart of the running race and the exhilarating home stretch for the athletes. The beverage garden for 1000 attendees will line both sides of Estabrook as the racers journey down the center of the block. From the sidelines, cheer on the awe-inspiring athletes while enjoying an array of music, refreshments, sliders, and much more!
